The TNT Man

I had heard about a strange thing in Minecraft that loves TNT from a friend who told me about a student in high school who encountered it. And warned me about this TNT guy, and asked me to write (type) about him/her. We decided to name the TNT guy, the TNT man. Here is the what he said. It was a on a gloomy Thursday. A kid named Luke Gates who is in high school, (who was in tenth grade I believe) got home from school at 4 pm that day. He gets home at 4 pm because instead of coming home when school is normally out which is at 3pm (Sometimes he gets out at like 3:15 or 3:30 because his last teacher will hold the class to catch up on the lesson) but chooses to stay after school anyway to do homework in room 103 with a few other kids and occasionally his girlfriend Venessa, (who met Luke through math class) and his math and English teacher to do homework. His math teachers name is Mr. Markus and his English teacher is Mr. David. Both of which liked him and his ability to try even if the work is tough. Luke is not a nerd though, he does not like biology nor history most of the time. His grades in biology is 70% and history 75% vs. Math and English which is 85% and 90%. Anyway, once he got home he still had some homework to do. He said hi to his parents and then went straight to his room upstairs to finish his English essay and his last two questions to his math Homework. He barely started history and biology. Luke’s mom came into his room to inform him that her and his dad where going out to eat at their favorite restaurant tonight and asked if he was alright spending the night alone in the house all by himself. Luke responded by saying sure, and his mom hugged him then left the room. Now it was 6:50 pm and Luke is almost finished with his homework for the day, he decided to walk around a little bit to try and stretch from sitting down working on homework that was assigned to him when his parents said “bye were leaving.”. Luke told them “bye have a nice time”. That was when He then suddenly remembered the game on his computer, Minecraft. He cleared a spot so he can move his hand when using the mouse to play. As soon as he double clicked the Minecraft launcher, he remembered to check his email for a message that was sent from Venessa,(she does not have a phone). He opened his email and was greeted with ads, google sign ins, junk etc. . there was a couple of notifications from his teachers, then finally, He found a message from Venessa that read “hello”. He replied with “Hi, I am going to play Minecraft. Wanna join me?” They had a Minecraft server, which was set to where it was only he and she can join. Luke saw something at the bottom of his screen that was glowing. The Launcher opened. He clicked the play button then went back to his email and see if Venessa responded while he waits for Minecraft to load. A few moments later, She responded with ” I can’t right now. I have to go eat dinner with my parent’s at this restaurant called Salt Grass. But I am taking my own car, so I can come back and play if you’d like :)”. SALTGRASS Luke thought. That’s my parents favorite restaurant! He got exited then replied with “Great, cant wait. oh by the way, that is my parents favorite restaurant. Can you tell them that I said hi through email?. A few moments later, Venessa replied ” Sure :)”, Luke replied “Thanks :)”. Then he heard a noise. The noise was coming from his computer. The noise was the Minecraft theme, Minecraft finished booting up. Luke decided to play one of his old worlds he made a long time ago. 8th grade he thought, not to long ago. He walked around for a little bit in his own digital world wielding his diamond sword with pride. That was when he decided not to ruin anything that his former self made. He started a new world and noticed that something was wrong. In this world, there was a TNT trail that stopped at 15 few blocks. weird, Luke thought. He then proceeded to gather some wood. From that moment on, Everything was the same. He built a house, got stone tools, and even had some iron. Although, Luke kept getting the feeling that he was being watched by something or someone. He often keeps looking around in his in-game world then in real life. As Luke was about to go kill some mobs with one swift stroke of his stone sword, he turned around and saw another player with a TNT block skin. As Luke approached the mysterious figure it quickly vanished. “Is that the youtuber exploding TNT?” Luke said in his dark and empty home. Probably some sort of prank video he is currently making by hacking into my world and scaring me. The next day in Minecraft He decided to go get some diamonds with his new crafted iron pickaxe. Once he approached the cave he saw the mysterious no-named player again. Luke was starting to get the creeps. Once he got at least 6 diamonds he will leave. he saw the no-named player once again but this time for about 1 second. Now that he got 2 more diamonds than what he anticipated he immediately ran back to his house which was now blown up. All that was left of it was just a few blocks floating with some fire on them. Confused, Luke placed down a sign that read ” who are you?”. To which he did not get a respond at all. Luke started to panic. Now he messaged Venessa who could now play. The email from Luke to Venessa was,” Hey Venessa, something has gone terribly wrong in my world. Could we play in our private server?”. Venessa replied with “Sure :),”. As they played together, Luke told Venessa about the mysterious TNT man. Venessa did not believe him and thought it was just a prank. Luke saw no sign of the TNT man. Venessa had to go. She forgot some math HW and needed to go do it. It was too late for her be playing Minecraft, heck even anything. As Luke was about to leave, he saw the TNT man one more time (Placing TNT down as usual) right before his computer shut off. He started Minecraft back up again, went in to his and Venessa’s server, and saw every single block was now TNT. He saw the TNT guy ignite the TNT. In panic again, Luke exited the world then went back in only to find nothing. All the blocks returned to their normal textures. Luke said “Nope” in his empty home (except for himself and Minecraft). He shut the game off, then looked at the clock which was 10:25 PM now. Luke quickly went back to doing the rest of his Homework. HIs parents came home around 11 Pm after he got out of the shower. The next day, Luke went and told everybody about his experience to which no one believes Even Venessa, his own Girlfriend. Venessa told everybody it was just a prank. After the end of the day, Luke gave up trying to tell everybody about the TNT man, so he played along with Venessa. Telling everybody it was just a prank. Of course I don’t know if I should believe this is true. My friend just kept on insisting that I must write (more like type about this). So yeah. The end… I guess.
